The Common Thread Foundation
-
We believe that everyone deserves access to spaces where they can feel understood, find meaningful connection, learn new ways of coping, and discover support within their community—regardless of their ability to pay.
Through community support groups, educational programming, wellness initiatives, and resource navigation, we work to make support more accessible and help people find connection in the moments they need it most.
Because even in life's most difficult chapters, there is a thread that connects us.
-
We believe support should be available to people not only when they can afford it, but when they need it.
We envision a community where no one has to face life's hardest moments in isolation, where support is accessible, and where people can find meaning, belonging, and connection through every chapter of life.
The Foundation aims to reduce barriers to participation in supportive community programs, provide opportunities for shared learning, and help individuals and families feel less alone as they navigate serious illness, caregiving, loss, and change.

The Common Thread Foundation is being developed as a separate charitable organization with its own mission and community programs. The Common Thread Collective is a separate, for-profit healthcare practice providing clinical services. While the organizations share an interest in supporting people through challenging life experiences, the Foundation's purpose is to expand access to charitable community programs and resources.
Participation in Foundation programs does not require becoming a patient of The Common Thread Collective.
