Prehabilitation

  • A cancer diagnosis often brings a wave of uncertainty, anxiety, and overwhelm—especially in the time leading up to treatment. The Prehabilitation Session is a structured, extended visit designed to help you mentally and emotionally prepare for what’s ahead.

You can think of this process like packing for a meaningful and uncertain journey—taking time ahead of time to gather the tools, supports, and strategies you’ll need along the way.

    • A 90-120 minute visit, depending on your individual needs

    • Understanding common emotional responses to cancer

    • Tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm

    • Sleep and nervous system support strategies

    • Gentle movement, nutrition, and daily coping guidance

    • Medication planning (if appropriate)

    • Support system mapping

  • A personalized, written plan you can use during treatment to help you feel more grounded, prepared, and supported.

    • Newly diagnosed patients

    • Individuals preparing for chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery

    • Those feeling overwhelmed but unsure about ongoing care

    • $250 per session

    • This is a specialized service, not billable to insurance therefore must be paid for at the time of service
